Azerbaijani Gas Begins Flowing to Syria via Turkish Territory with Full Funding from Qatar

In a strategic step aimed at improving electricity supply and increasing daily power hours for citizens, Azerbaijan has begun delivering natural gas to Syria through Turkey.

Turkish Minister of Energy:

• Exports are carried out through 8 main entry points.

• Capacity is initially raised by 25%, with plans to more than double it later.

• We have the ability to export 2 billion cubic meters annually—enough to meet the electricity needs of 5 million households.

This marks a qualitative step toward energy stability and the revival of economic life.
